All our prices include VAT where applicable. Currently printed books are zero rated in the UK.
Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.

Returns and unwanted goods
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from 100toptips.com, however there may be occasions when you need to return goods to us. Please note that all of our goods are supplied in full compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
If you have changed your mind and the goods have not been in your possession for over 14 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on the following conditions as paperback book covers are easily scratched and damaged.
1. Please take photographs of the front and back and spine of the book. Email the images to booksales@100toptips.com together with a copy of your invoice.
2. If we can see from these images that there is no damage and that the spine image shows that the book has not been opened, then we will email you confirmation that the book may be returned.
3. On receipt of the book in resalable condition we will then refund the book cost from your invoice.
Please remember that if you have changed your mind, you need to advise us by e-mail or letter within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods. Your money will be reimbursed within 5 working days of us checking receiving the goods.
Please note that for items where you have changed your mind, responsibility for the cost of postage packaging and the risk of sending remains the responsibility of the customer until they are received back into our warehouse.
